  • 1. Referral Amount

    • The referral amount includes GST.
    • If you are not GST registered, the payout will not include the GST component.

  • 2. Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)

    • TDS may be deducted from the referral amount as per applicable laws and regulations.

  • 3. Minimum Contract Value

    • The minimum contract value is $1,000.

  • 4. Payment Terms

    • Payments will be processed within 30 days of the successful completion of the referred contract.
    • Any bank charges or fees associated with the transfer of funds will be borne by the recipient.
